We machine these in the same shop as our ATV parts. If one breaks under fair use, we replace it. No forms, no runaround.
Lifetime steel warranty
Every BLCK ANVL tool is covered for life against breakage under fair use. If the steel snaps, the lock fails, or the pivot gives out while you're using it the way it's meant to be used, we'll repair or replace it.
How to start a claim
Email hello@blckanvl.com with a photo of the tool, a sentence about what happened, and your order number if you have it. We usually respond within two business days and ship a replacement once we've taken a look.
What "fair use" means
Cooking. Grilling. Camping. Tailgating. Riding it around in the truck. What it doesn't mean: prying open paint cans, using a chef's knife as a screwdriver, or leaving it on a 600° grill all day. Use it the way the label says and you're covered.
Returns
Unused tools can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first so we can send a return label. Shipping is on us if the tool arrived damaged.
