Refund & Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the tool must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Email hello@blckanvl.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send you a return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, so we can make sure it gets to the right place and credited to your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days after we process them. How fast it lands depends on your bank or card issuer.

If your tool arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, email hello@blckanvl.com within a few days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right and cover return shipping. Breakage under normal use down the road is handled under our lifetime warranty, not this return policy.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless we tell you otherwise. When the return is our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover it.

The fastest way to swap for a different tool is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order. Email us if you would like a hand.
