You may use this store to browse and buy products for your own lawful use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

We work to show accurate products, descriptions, and prices, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Payment is due at checkout and is handled by our secure payment provider. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Delivery, returns, and our lifetime warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty page, which are part of these terms.

Loyalty points, referral rewards, and promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred except as we allow, and can be changed or ended at any time. We may adjust or remove points and rewards obtained through error, abuse, or fraud.

The BLCK ANVL name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content belong to BLCK ANVL Supply Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our tools are built for cooking, grilling, and outdoor use. Use them as intended and follow common-sense safety. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store and products are provided on an "as is" basis, and BLCK ANVL Supply Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including our lifetime warranty commitment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
